Tax Process…

Getting The Information

You’ll be receiving a series of emails from me on collecting information. This is where you do some work. It’s important to provide everything you have at one time and be as thorough as possible to have a smooth process with minimal back and forth.

Once you complete the process we’ll be notified you are ready for us to review your information. We’ll follow up if we are still missing info and will begin preparation once everything is provided

Let The Work Commence

When we receive all your documents in the portal the “start date” officially begins and is added to the queue for prep and review.

This is where you wait on me and my team. You may receive some questions, but ideally, we’ll have all we need and are moving through our internal process.

We’ll be reviewing your numbers, calculating your return, and reviewing. Please allow one week as we process returns as they come in during business hours of 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri as well as answer any questions. Please note that any additional information needed usually starts the timing process to start over so please only use complete upload once all documents are loaded.

Invoice, Delivery & E-File

When I’m done you’ll receive a few emails letting you know that the tax return is ready for you to view and download securely.
Once you’re happy with your return you’ll be able to e-sign it and pay me online via ACH. (If you have “pay with refund”, then no worries it will come out of the refund. If you owe the government it will not please call the offset line at 1-800-304-3107 or 1-800-829-1040 to see if you have debts. Please let me know as you will be billed.

You’ll also have the next steps to pay taxes online if applicable.

The above will trigger me to e-file your return and you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know once it’s complete!

Expectations

You will be using the tax organizer and uploader here. All sensitive information should not be sent via the portal. This will also assist with keeping track of information and any questions that may arise.

Response Time

During tax time I will try to respond within 24-48 business hours with questions. Email is best within the portal.

Delays

The last few years have been unpredictable regarding IRS delays, last-minute guidance, and altering tax returns, we strive to complete the returns timely, but delays may occur.

Payment Policy

I require a deposit payment prior to e-filing the tax return. I send an invoice when I deliver the return. If you choose a tax product then the tax software will collect payment. In the event, you owe the IRS the software will attempt to take payment from the account on file. Otherwise, an invoice will be sent for payment & no services until payment is rendered.

FAQs

What if I already know I need to extend?

Just send me an email (Team@ncacsolutions.com) letting me know and we will file the extension and follow up outside of tax season Note, this does not mean that taxes you may owe aren’t due to the government.
