Welcome to NC Accounting & Consulting Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before booking a consultation or engaging our services.

1. Scope of Services

NC Accounting & Consulting Solutions provides educational, advisory, and strategic services only, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Education, Training & Speaking Services

We provide financial education and training services, including but not limited to:

  • Corporate, nonprofit, and leadership financial training

  • Workshops on financial literacy, internal controls, budgeting, compliance readiness, fraud awareness, and governance

  • Speaking engagements, presentations, and facilitated discussions

All education and training services are informational in nature and are not a substitute for operational accounting services.

Digital Products & Self-Guided Resources

We offer digital educational materials, including but not limited to:

  • E-books, templates, guides, frameworks, and workbooks

  • Self-paced learning tools and educational resources

Digital products are delivered as-is and do not include individualized advice, implementation, or follow-up services unless explicitly stated.

Exclusions & Non-Operational Nature of Services

Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, we do not provide:

  • Bookkeeping or transactional accounting

  • Payroll processing or payroll administration

  • Accounts payable or accounts receivable management

  • Bank or credit card reconciliations

  • Data entry, posting, or accounting system maintenance

  • Day-to-day financial operations or administrative accounting tasks

Any strategic advisory services provided are non-operational, meaning we offer guidance, analysis, and recommendations only. Clients remain responsible for execution and implementation.

No Ongoing Engagement Assumption

Participation in training, education, advisory sessions, or purchase of digital products does not create an ongoing client relationship unless defined by a separate written agreement.

Our offerings may expand over time, and we reserve the right to update these Terms accordingly. All consulting services are primarily provided virtually unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Booking, Payment & Digital Product Purchases

Education, Training & Advisory Sessions

All consultations, advisory sessions, and educational services must be scheduled through our online booking system. Full prepayment is required to confirm any booking.

Booking a session does not create an ongoing client relationship unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

Strategic Advisory & Fractional CFO Engagements (Advisory-Only)

Select advisory engagements may require a formal written agreement outlining scope, duration, deliverables, and fees prior to commencement. These engagements are non-operational and advisory in nature.

Corporate Training & Speaking Engagements

Pricing for corporate training, workshops, and speaking engagements varies based on event scope, duration, audience size, and customization requirements. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the engagement, with remaining balances due prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Digital Products & Online Purchases

All digital products—including e-books, templates, guides, frameworks, toolkits, and downloadable materials—are delivered electronically.

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable once purchase is completed, due to the immediate access provided.

Pricing & Availability

Pricing, availability, and payment terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Current pricing will always be reflected at the time of booking or purchase.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Education, Advisory & Consultation Sessions

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours, late arrivals, or no-shows are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.

Strategic Advisory Engagements

Cancellation, termination, or modification of advisory engagements is governed by the terms outlined in the applicable written agreement.

Corporate Training & Speaking Engagements

Cancellation, postponement, and refund terms for corporate training and speaking engagements will be outlined in the applicable service agreement or proposal.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product purchases are final and non-refundable, with no exceptions.

We reserve the right to revise cancellation and refund policies as new services or products are introduced.

4. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services or purchasing digital products, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information when required for educational or advisory purposes

  • Understand that implementation and execution of recommendations are the sole responsibility of the client

  • Use digital products solely for personal or internal business use

  • Refrain from copying, redistributing, reselling, sublicensing, or modifying digital content for commercial purposes

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in service termination without refund and/or legal action where appropriate.

5. Limitation of Liability

All guidance, education, and advisory services are based on information provided by the client and are offered for educational and strategic purposes only.

We do not guarantee specific financial results, business outcomes, tax benefits, regulatory approvals, or compliance determinations.

NC Accounting & Consulting Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reliance on our services or digital products.

All digital products are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and materials shared during services, except where disclosure is required by law.

Client data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as necessary to fulfill contractual obligations or comply with legal requirements.

Our data protection practices may evolve to reflect changes in legal, regulatory, or industry standards.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, frameworks, training resources, digital products, and proprietary information remain the exclusive intellectual property of NC Accounting & Consulting Solutions.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or publicly display any materials without prior written consent.

This protection applies to all current and future content, including digital products, training materials, and educational resources.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from services or products must first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes may be subject to mediation or binding arbitration prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, unless prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to update our dispute resolution procedures to align with best practices and legal requirements.

9. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates may include changes to services, pricing, policies, or legal requirements.

Continued use of our services or purchase of products after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Clients are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
